I just wanted some insight on this list I put together as a "budget" build, (Parents will be getting the peripherals) anyway, I just want to know if this is a good list and I also wanted advice. Also I'm a sucker for LEDs and RGB. (I reposted this because I wanted to change something).

Here is what you should do:

1. Don't get that kingston memory kit. It's super, super, super overpriced. You can get 3000MHz for cheaper which Ryzen greatly benefits from. I added a 1x8 Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz kit.

2. Get a cheaper SSD. I changed it to an SK Hynix SL308. If you can't get one of those, the Mushkin Reactor, Crucial MX300, PNY CS2211, Samsung 850 EVO, or OCZ Trion 150 are also good choices.

2. Don't get a 3GB 1060. It's a poor value and you'll want the extra VRAM. I bumped it up to an RX580 8GB which is far better. The 1060 6GB is also an option, but the RX580 8GB is still a better value.

4. That PSU is okay, but not that great. I changed it to a Corsair CXM 550 which is only $15 dollars more, is far better quality, semi-modular and is 100 watts higher for future upgrade potential.

These changes brought the price up literally 3 dollars and 74 cents. It's a really good tradeoff.
