Not really good but I don't know what's with the pricing of parts, 600 of what currency and what you do with it (gaming, editing, streaming...)

I am not sure about having only a 120GB SSD though.

120GB is way too small for games so I swapped out for a 1TB HDD instead, it is slower but you can add SSD later if you want

 

A RX 580 is miles better than a 1050 Ti no debate here

 

R5 1400 is overclockable which gives a bit of performance boost compared to an i5 6400 you had

 

Cheaper PSU as well

Some games already use more than 8gb so...

Having a CPU bottleneck would impact much more than having a RAM bottleneck. And the amount of games that actually use beyond 8GB of RAM is so small that I can't even name them.
