I think 8gb is not very good for new games or production.

if that is the case then user can add another stick of 8gb ram later down the road. replacing cpu requires you to remove the cooler, the heatsink, clean thermal paste and find someway to sell the current cpu to get extra money to spend towards a cpu upgrade

Agreed. 8gb is more than enough to get you started.  When its time to upgrade, open the case pop the stick in and boom....your'e done.
