Problem Caching With Arduino Uno

I am fairly new to Arduinos and I have been trying to connect a servo motor and be able to control it. Every time I go to verify or upload the code, I receive the following error:

Any help would be much appreciated; I just want to fix this error.

Doesn't look like an error to me.  It says the compiling process is done successfully.

You just have to upload the compiled code into your Arduino now.

Thank you for your responses. It has stopped showing the caching message but now it says the programmer is not responding whenever I try to upload to the board. I am using an Arduino Uno R3 with Arduino 1.8.2 software.592859cee57d1_Programmernotresponding.png.d26f24c5e5090ea1f62a42085e8167a0.png
