R5 1600 build with fast ram

Greetings!

I have ~430 euros and I need a Ryzen 5 1600 + B350 motherboard which can overclock well (preferably ATX and red colour), and cheap ram that I can OC to at least 2933MHz.

Give me suggestions please, I have no idea which one to pick! (I'm thinking Asrock Pro4 AB350)

@nubajj Pretty much this ^

The K4 is solid board and AsRock have a good AM4 BIOS.

Corsair LPX works reliably at its rated speeds. I'm using it at 3000 CL15

The only thing I would add is you may be able to go a little faster with something like G Skill Flare X just because it is guaranteed Samsung B die which until AsRock release a BIOs containing AGESA 1006. Other RAM such as Hynix won't achieve greater than 3200 (without advanced tinkering).

This is a nice video from a hardcore overclocker which pretty much explains the VRMs of each B350 from reputable brands and how much they can affect overclocking performance
