I have ~430 euros and I need a Ryzen 5 1600 + B350 motherboard which can overclock well (preferably ATX and red colour), and cheap ram that I can OC to at least 2933MHz. Corsair LPX works reliably at its rated speeds. I'm using it at 3000 CL15 The only thing I would add is you may be able to go a little faster with something like G Skill Flare X just because it is guaranteed Samsung B die which until AsRock release a BIOs containing AGESA 1006. Other RAM such as Hynix won't achieve greater than 3200 (without advanced tinkering).
