Just to let you know, around 20 meter from my house, is wired with fiber connection (10Mbps/1Mbps). The ISP just says: Sorry fiber cable maximum length is just go there. I see the fiber gpon splitter box is just ~10m from the house on the pole. Probably my ISP using "fiber" branded 30awg cable eh?

Not at home right now, at my dads, but I get a 78mb/s down, and 16mb/s up, I used to be on a 3mb/s down, and 1mb/s up, my dads is 3mb/s down 0.5mb/s up, the average depends on where you live in terms of country and the ISP's that provide certain speeds, for example, I know that in the UK BT Sets up all the fibre lines, apart from Virgins new super fast ultra fibre expensive as balls stuff, but in America I don't know if a company does that, so America's average may be lower than the UK's

yh im on vm in the uk soon getting upgraded to the new 100mb fibre but i kinda wanna see what its like from all over so yeah
