Oh lol, that's happened to me before.

For some reason, when I have weird bluescreens and PC's that just randomley get corrupted windows, leaving the PC off for like 3 days then turning it on fixes it.

That, or restarting 100 times fixes it. Never understood why.

I hope you're not having this issue with your main/current system, I would go crazy having to leave my PC off for 3 days lol.

No, I've never had that issue with my main system and probs never will because it's the best all around PC i've owned. But, my previous two PC's (prebuilts, so this was likely a PSU issue) i'd randomley bluescreen, and restarting the system or just leaving it off would fix it.

After i build my very first PC. (Cyrix 200Mhz, 64MB RAM, Voodoo 1 graphics, 2.1 GB HDD.). Tried to turn it on, beeped and everything but it wouldn't boot. It just sat there after the post with a black screen and would do nothing. So i pressed the reset button. Beeps again, posts and boots. Yay it worked. After shut down same thing would happen... for over a year i could only use the PC after i turned it on and pressed the reset button... never knew why this happened.
