yh it should just show up like a normal drive in the windows setup

Pretty much. Since you're using NVMe, make sure that your board is set to UEFI and that you're able to set the 960 PRO/EVO to the boot list.

indeed, windows just loves to put critical system partitions onto whatever drive it wants :D
