Delay internet acess After restart HELP

So everytime I boot my computer, It take a minute to load the network drivers witch is very annoying..

I tried to re-install din't change anything?

 

Im running a 960 PRO.

 

Is there something in Services.msc?

Can I find the error in event viewer?

Please help this is very annoying.

Try turning it off, and back on again.
