WH-1000XM4 choppy sound on computer??

I have a problem and I have no idea how to solve it.
I just got myself new Sony WH-1000xm4s today and while they work great on my phone- When I attempt to connect it to my PC, the sound is choppy when my head moves around a little or I am not close enough to my PC (anything after like 50cm). This is my first Bluetooth headphones and I have no clue what to do.
Please help!

Is this a desktop PC? Is the WiFi antenna connected? The antenna also functions as a Bluetooth antenna.

You're using the PC's BT, right? I tried that and got basically the same result, kinda choppy sound and IF I move around too much, the sound cuts off.  I think you'd need a good BT dongle for the audio to work well.....I think.
