How Do I Color Calibrate my BenQ RL2455HM Monitor?

Hi, I was wondering how I would color calibrate a monitor (for free if possible?), and I was also wondering If anyone else uses a BenQ RL2455HM, and had already calibrated their monitor, and if so what were the color settings?

If you know someone with a color calibration tool, ask if they could calibrate your monitor for you.
