Low fps on gta 5 gtx 750ti

Few days back I reinstalled gta 5 on my PC after a year or so 

I wasn't getting the same amount of performance out of it as I couldn't even touch 60 on lowest setting 

So today I reinstalled my Gpu drivers (latest) 

I was getting 60 FPS on every setting wether low or high 

Then I was getting frame drops to 30 fps often on every setting 

Gpu usage and CPU usage seem to be normal 

 

Gpu-99%

CPU -60-70%

Ram-7gb out of 8

 

 

I believe this has something to do with my gpu or cpu

 

Specs

I7 2600k 3.4ghz

Dh67bl Intel mobo 

8gb ddr3 1600mhz corsair vengeance 

Gtx 750ti

550w psu

single or multiplayer?
might be the ram holding you back or maybe streaming issues,installed on a hdd/ssd?

Well if the gpu is at 99-100% usage that's the bottleneck.

GTA V is kinda heavy on the 750ti.

 

Is it possible that you've used a lower resolution while gaming before?

Getting 60FPS on high with a 750ti seems unlikely at 1080p.

I did get good fps before on high settings

Gtx 750ti can handle gta fairly well

It's weird to get such framerate

100% GPU is NOT a bottleneck

 

 

Can you give an exact RAM usage?
