Programming position further information timeline

When can we expect further information if we are of interest too lmg? I'd just like a vague timeline so I know whether or not to get into anything big for next year yet but I have absolutely no idea what sort of timeline there is. 

 

I really think that I could be a good candidate for the position and I bring other skills so it'd be disappointing too miss out on the chance.

You might want to add "how to contact a company" and "where to find private email address" and "how to apply to a job" to those other skills you say you bring

considering the number of subscribers they have i strongly doubt you're the only one and they won't be hiring every applicant sadly.

I know that, I just want to know if they're going to be taking action any time soon or if they're waiting 6 months, since it'd be nice to know if I wait a month or so I might have a chance or I should make decisions knowing I won't be able to. 

 

Also I made this as a public post because I thought many others would want an indication as well, not just me.

I believe Luke is almost done sorting through the first round, so if you haven't heard back within a week it's safe to assume that you did not make it to the next round.

Thanks, that's all I wanted to know. Wasn't sure if it was going to be weeks or months.
