Ryzen 1800x Low FPS

Go to solution Solved by suits,

Well the RAM definitely needs a speed bump. Level 1 techs has an excellent video on getting the most out of your ram should you not be able to get it up to 3200MHz. Make sure it's a clean install of windows. And what others stated above.

I am using Ryzen 1800x on Asus Hero vi mobo with Gskill rgb 3200 at 2133 and 1070 amp extreme.

Getting low fps (Fluctuating min 32) in gears of war ultra presets.

Do you guys have any idea why? is there any fix?

are you using high performance mode in the power settings?

what is your full PC build specs?

all drivers updated?

BIOS is a must to update

Setting your memory to run at the rated speed wouldn't hurt either, Ryzen likes fast RAM

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
