Hello everybody! I have all the parts for my computer except the graphics card. I have: Ryzen 5 1600, 8GB of 2400MHz RAM, and MSI B350 Tomahawk. I plan to game, but not at 4k 60hz ultra settings etc. I do want reasonable performance, but I don't want to spend more than $250 if at all possible. What GPU do you guys think would be best? I don't care about Nvidia vs AMD, whichever suits my needs best is what matters.

4K 60fps Ultra? No, expect to spend $500 on that.

2K 60fps High? Yes, $250 will do a great job.

That does look very promising! I may go with that.

About 60fps+ High-Ultra 1440p on most games.

For $250 580 for sure, I would personally save up though so you can game at 1440p with high refresh rates. Right now you are limited to 1440p mid/high settings 60Hz maybe even under depending on the game. Ryzen 1600 and 1080p just doesn't seem right to me.

It has better cooling and looks dope af. Also it is better than the 480.

You are going over his $250 budget. Also it isn't worth the extra $38 over the Sapphire.

the 500 series is only about 10% better then the 400 series.

Personally, I would go with an RX580, GTX1060 6GB, or wait to see what VEGA has to provide. I wouldn't expect to be playing at 4K ultra 60fps consistently without a 1080ti. 1080, definitely. 1440, very plausible. 4k........
