What graphics card do I have?

Hey I bought a used PC and I dont know how to tell what graphics card I have and all I know is it's in the AMD Radeon HD 5700 series but I don't know how to tell the EXACT model from that series, please help I want to know stuff like if it's overclockable and stuff and I need to know the model and like how many GB's it has

Check device manager, or read the sticker that says part/serial number on the back of the cards. Then look it up.

He already knows which card it is, a HD 5700, you also do not need GPU-Z to find out which GPU you have, all it takes is see the dxdiag.exe (directx diagnostic tool), he means which specifically card it is as in, a Sapphire Nitro or a XFX or EVGA Superclocked etc ^^

It could be one of a few cards, but ye dxdiag should say

"HD 5700" refers to a series of GPU's, like Nvidia's 10 series, so he doesn't know which card it is at all. GPU-Z is an effective way of answering the question.

Except GPU-Z will most likely say HD 5700 series as well, like it did say 6800 series with my 6850. @EnderCat should take a screenshot anyway as we can figure out from the clockspeed, manufacturer and stream processor count.

Please send a GPU-Z screenshot just to be sure. Also, probably through a reverse-google image search.

Older cards, older times, people weren't nearly as demanding with aesthetics  

I really miss those cards with anime chicks on the cooler now those had style [:

 

It could be either one of the cards, I understand OP's struggle though, connecting it to a PC and downloading the drivers would be a hassle just to find out which card it is.

Probably because they both are on the Juniper silicon (Juniper XT to be exact)
