Is RX 470+g4560 effiecent for UNREAL ENGINE 4 or should i get a better CPU and weaker GPU

should be fine, neither are extremely powerful, mind you what's the system you are thinking of getting as there may be other cuts you could make to get a better CPU, maybe a R5 or more likely an i3. but that is just a maybe though. Also what's the PC explicitly doing, just gaming??? or you making the game on it or something???

it is fine. But a r5-1400 would be better

If you're running Unreal Engine, it runs decently well on my Dual core 2.9GHz Pentium and 1050 Ti. I haven't built anything huge in it yet, but it runs smoothly (for comparison, it runs like crap on my 2012 MacBook Pro with iGPU). You should be fine, but I'd recommend an SSD to help with the massive load times.

yea but that's a macbook

but as for the PC it's self the OP is getting there might be a way to cut costs on it a little, e.g. crazy expensive RAM which is pointless, I mean I doubt that's the case, but there is occasons when it's happened

Yup. Can edit videos, runs all the stuff I do at the office fine, can even run some VMs. But trying to run a GPU benchmark i.s.l.i.k.e.t.h.i.s. (pause on every ".") For reference, it's a 2012 MacBook Pro with a dual core HT i5, 16GB of ram, and a 525GB SSD (Pretty much an essential on any older computer)

yea that's not too bad for a laptop I will admit (and I know, I have a HDD in my laptop and by god I need a SSD in it and a quad core i7) but any ways, yea, that's not too bad

Except the screen....

 

EDIT: just checked to make sure. And yeah, it's a 13" 1280x800 screen.  At least I have access to a 21.5" iMac with a 1080p screen, hooked up to a 1080p HP 27er  (I do a crap ton of spreadsheets)

what's wrong with is, and yea that's a problem for me, it's 16" 1366 x 768px, which is fine, but such a stupid res most things  don't support it properly

The g4560 and rx470 are basically the perfect pairing, anything more powerful GPU wise and you start to run into CPU bottlenecks (generally)

Have you already built the computer? Or are you still planning it? If so, give us the budget and I'm sure the peeps on her can find you some awesome deals*.

I havent built it and i probably cant cut the budget since everything is much more expensive for instance a 500 dollar build in america costs 700 dollars in my country plus half of the products arent even available

Why buy i3 instead of the pentium g4560?
