What motherboard and where are they?

So is the computer working? Because those are debug LEDs that could potentially indicate problems from the looks of it, but if it's up and running fine I wouldn't worry about it.

 

If it's having some sort of issue, please describe it.

I'm being a little blunt, but the information is ALL in the MSI B350M Gaming Pro motherboard manual.

Page 15, Section 'EZ Debug LED: Debug LED indicators'

From your picture, it looks like the "CPU" LED is lit.

 

  1. Make sure the heatsink fan is properly connected to the CPU_FAN1 header.
  2. Make sure the 8-pin CPU_PWR1 connector is secure, and it ACTUALLY connected.
  3. (Hopefully) the CPU is installed correctly...and not backwards, destroying all the pins...

 

By the way, is your stick of RAM interfering with the CPU cooler?

Have you tried installing the RAM module over to the next slot?

I put the ram on both sides didn't make a difference. But I'll do what is listed

Hi i just got my ryzen 5 1600 and my msi B350M and 4gb of ddr4 ram, but the system wont boot i can't seem to find out why the only clue i got is the 4 leds on the mobo were only the cpu one lights up (means that something is wrong) but no matter what i do i can't find anyting online on how to fix it.

I'd check that you've inserted the CPU correctly and no pins are bent/missing.
