Do you guys think that I should buy those individualy sleeved cable? Or is it a waste of money?

It doesn't incease performance or anything. It's just there to look good. So if you like it, then buy some, don't do it because someone else would like it.

i bought some for my rig because i care bout looks but if you have no window/dont care why should you?

I would recommend buying some if your PC has a side window or you want everything in your case to be a certain color. It makes your PC look really nice in my opinion.

 

I bought some red and black sleeves just to make everything in my PC red and black and the cables weren't that expensive and I don't know how to sleeve my own cables nor do I want to learn.

They make no performance difference, but they do indeed look very good which is just as important to some of us. I do however advice that you sleeve your cables yourself, as you will get a much better result than any manufacturer offer that way.

...or if you are too lazy to sleeve them yourself, buying them is a good option. But like everyone else has said, only do it if you have a side window and care about looks.
