Both cards have approximately the same performance. In some games the HD is ahead, in others the GTX stays in front.

What's the rest of the system?

On which resolution do you play?

  • Amd FX-8320
  • Asus M5A97 R2.0
  • Corsair Vengeance 8GB

I would like to play in full hd. I have a 23'' 1080p monitor and a 20'' vga 4:3 monitor

My choice would be the GTX 650Ti. It will do good on FullHD on medium-high settings.

But if you didn't bought the CPU yet, i'd recommend going for a FX 6300 and a more potent card like GTX 660 or R9 270X. On FullHD FX 6300 + GTX660/R9 270X it will do better that FX 8320 + HD 7770/GTX650Ti.

7770! If you're going for the low budget cards (like 650ti and lower) AMD destroys.
