Visiontek makes crap GPUs.

An RX470 cannot max out settings and still get 60fps.

Unless the only games you play are minecraft and minesweeper.

One does not buy a GPU to play minecraft or minesweeper. Is it worse than PowerColor though?

We don't know yet, you can get a 480 on amazon, newegg, microcenter, frys, or other electronics stores.

Triple A games and other intensive stuff like gta, crysis, bf, and that kind of stuff will definitely not run on max on a 1060/480/470/1050 or anything like that.

  1. 1060 is better for GTA V
  2. You cannot max out everything and still get 60FPS.... If you want everything maxed out, get a 1070 or a 1080.

why do you lie

High  =/= max settings.

Max settings is having AA and all the other options all the way up, not "oh this is high enough for me".

Most triple A games will not maintain a minimum fps above 60 when on max unless you use something like a 1070 or 1080, and there are even some games that you can turn shadows and particles and AA so high that no GPU can keep 60fps.

That wasn't my point.... My point was that you cannot max out games with a 480 or with a 1060...

Did you even watch the video?

It obviously dropped below 60fps multiple times.

That's not "ultra settings at 60+ fps" when the minimum is dropping below.

That's what a stuttering and crappy gaming experience is.
