Save buck on the 4-core honestly. If you're just gaming this is better, and affords you an ac wireless adapter, not-crap PSU, and a 1060 6GB. And a motherboard that hosts 4 RAM slots so you can upgrade to 4 sticks eventually.

I gave a 1060 6GB because it's better in Overwatch, heads up.

I was unsure if it would go overbudget and forgot that the mobo has 2 RAM slots only. Ideally is your build of course

For streaming a Six core will help. I'm also partial to nvidia's Shadowplay which can record and stream for you, though it's not as versatile as OBS/Xsplit. But it has almost 0% effect on gaming (not sure about streaming though)
