RS3 or OSRS?

I used to play Runescape a ton from late 2006 until sometime in 2011.

 

I watched a documentary they recently made for the 15th anniversary of the game and I was kinda  inspired to play again or atleast try. I gave up shortly after RS3. I was able to get used to the new combat and such, but I feel that the simplicity was sucked out of the game or something because it just was too different than what I expected Runescape to be. 

 

I'm considering OSRS because I feel with the newer graphics that they're just trying too hard wheras most of the RS2 (OSRS) visuals were iconic even if less "realistic".

OSRS kinda just has a broken economy and less quests so that's why I'm still on RS3 from time to time. Plus I don't feel like grinding out those levels again.

RS2 is best to me. Their latest iteration is great as well. I was never a guy to max stats out, but rather just help people with quests and such.

Old school is probably one of the greatest MMORPGs I've ever played.

 

It is exactly what runescape should have become; NOT RS3.
