Can anyone here help me with wordpress

About 2 weeks ago, I bought a domain and got it hosted. I'm trying to set up forums and make it look nice but I have no idea where to start.

Searching up tutorials have helped a little as now I have bbPress installed but the main problem is the layout, account creation and the themes.

If anyone sees this could you please help me out as I really need to have this site done soon.

I have no idea how wordpress works, but I can code in HTML, CSS and the likes. If you want I can give you a hand

Sure and thanks for offering. I can't think of anything that requires just coding but I sware I've seen a CSS editor in wordpress
Edit: found it but i don't know what its used for
