Fans! Need better fans.

I'm currently streaming while gaming and I noticed the stock fans on my H100iv2 and my case fans ramp up and they get pretty loud my stream mic picks the noise up.

 

I have a Asus Z270a MB everything in my system is still stock I have not even adjusted the fan curves yet because I don't know how to tune then correctly.

My CPU load streaming and gaming only see's 40% and the average is about 33% on a 7700K, My GC is an ASUS strix 1070 playing PUBG. Somebody please help me with suggestions to help make things a little more quiet around here.

Try placing it away from the mic, maybe on the ground. Also what mic do you use? It has that protective(or for whatever it is used) foam?

Hello there!

 

Personally, I would recommend a pair of Auoker 33 LED Grid 120mm fans. Without doubt, there included LES illumination is amongst the most spectacular. Follows by such is there reasonabley awesome specifications with virtually silent operation (I have two White ones as intakes, I literally cannot hear such even when both are on Molex). Excluding there low MTBF these are incredible fans, especially for there price.

 

Noctua NF-F12s do have impeccable construction qualities as well, with very low operating noise output, although they are rather pricey if I may admit.

These fans come in many different brands, and I've got the "GameMax" version of these fans. The LEDs are quite bright, they're not particularly good fans but they're cheap and quiet. I did notice that they start to squeak when they're running for 8 hrs+ continuously. Tbh I wouldn't recommend these to be used on a radiator, but they're nice case fans thanks to their quietness and bright LEDs. I'd recommend something like Noctua F-12s, Scythe Grand-flex (2000 rpm or PWM versions), or Corsair SP-120s. Arctic F12s are a good budget option too.

I do believe the GameMax one's aren't as quiet as Auoker, although I think that may just be credit to a slightly higher RPM, with greater airflow delivery at a maximum of 87 CFM. On WaterCooling UK they have no static air pressure rating for those though? Eight hours a day as well... xDD That is a lot of gaming time
