CAN BROWSE WEB BUT CAN'T RUN PROGRAMS THAT NEED INTERNET

URGENT HELP NEEDED!

My internet connection seems fine when i plug in an Ethernet cable but it will only let me browse the web (chrome, Firefox etc) and other programs that use the internet won't establish a connection (spotify, steam, League of Legends, OneNote etc)

PS. First started to notice the problem after WiFi/Ethernet icon disappeared from taskbar

mb update***

Steam now works along with League

But apps that require syncing like OneNote or Spotify (stuck on waiting to download) are still not able to connect to the internet

What did you do to get Steam working, or was it just random

It was already working lol (random)

the only apps not working are OneNote (can't sync my notebooks for school) and Spotify (won't update/always stuck on "WAITING FOR CONNECTION")

Yeah other devices are all connected to the same router. However, i can browse the web and whatnot just not run certain programs. And also the wifi/ethernet logo from the taskbar has disappeared too (even with unchecking hide apps shown on taskbar) ! I don't want to consider a factory reset of my system. T.T

Whenever i try to troubleshoot or open settings, it doesn't show me a list of networks, all it does for me is "networking reset" and will restart my pc in 5 mins. But that doesn't solve the issue, i still have trouble with online access apps like OneNote and Spotify. Opening network settings will often crash my whole settings menu too T.T I'm not sure if its the new update

it will crash when i try to troubleshoot.PNG
