I have been running my PC for about a year on a Corsair 750x (https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16817139142)

In my setup I have 2 monitors and the power supply connected to a power strip that goes into the wall.

I learned today that my outlet at my wall has been having voltage problems by attempting to turn on my computer and finding there was no power coming to the strip at all. Moving the computer to a different wall finds us with absolutely no response from the computer, when attempting to turn it on. I am wondering how much this could damage the motherboard/processor/power supply. As of current the power supply will be tested by another person and will post the results when I get them.

Do normal devices or lights work on the same outlets?

But no, it wouldn't cause damage...the PC just wouldn't turn on. The PSU would say there's not enough power to stay running. You might have lost data though if you had a brownout while using the PC.

Will be interesting to see if it is the power supply or not.

It could be an electrical issue related to those outlets or even a failed breaker.

If it's a wiring issue you have in the home itself it would be highly suggested to get an electrician to take a look, wouldn't want arcing and sparking happening behind the walls and cause a fire.

If you have generally bad power in your area or power outages it can sometimes damages the devices but more so corrupt your data if it was doing something at the moment it loss power.

There is currently only my Asus router connected to the same outlet and the PC was sleeping as of last use. There appears to be no problem with the router but the computer when moved to another outlet still does not function. It might also be worth mentioning that about 1 week ago I replaced the power supply cables with cable mod cables. Did not appear to be the issue but still worth noting.
