About Windows 10 Install

So about making a new pc, is it better to get Windows 10 from a USB or a CD? im pretty much new at this thing so i don't know how the BIOS works in this case.

If your PC has DVD drive, CD
If no, USB

[Enderman]

USB, faster and don't need a CD drive.

A decent USB 3 flash drive is much faster than an optical drive but either will work.

There really isn't a difference, though USB is faster. I have occasionally had issues installing linux/ freeNAS from USB that were fixed when using a DVD drive, but USB drives are almost always better.
