Best way to get a cable from inside to outside the case

My case is a 750d airflow edition

there are litte metal pieces at the rear of your case. You can punch them out to pass cables through

At the back of the case is a little circular hole or a marking to make one.

if those holes still turn out too smal for the cables to pass through you can alway just remove a PCIe bracket and route the cables through there.
