I have a problem with google chrome...

Hello I have a problem with google chrome...

I have no idea why, I have a 144hz monitor.

When I ''scroll' in google chrome it's like 60 fps...

Edge by Microsoft (windows 10), full fluid 144hz....

It is normal ?
