"warm", location UK

If I can keep an itx rig at decent temps in a room with no ac and in the desert, a pc located somewhere that's almost grey all the time shouldn't be a big issue lol

hey, we can get up to 30-35C at times, sure that's in England but yea we can get hot too. That also being said Scotland is the warmest country on earth I mean occasionally we hit 21C outside, I know sometimes is warmer outside than it is inside :P

Hi guys.

How do you guys keep your pc's cool when the weather is warm. My bottom 1080 is reaching 75c when playing ME Andromeda at 3340x1440 60fps.

I hate hot components.

increase air flow... try and get an air conditioner for the room to keep the ambient temps down.. if really necessary take your side panel off and put a box fan blowing into it on low.

thats not really hot

I know that isn't but just more of a general question. I mean I'm the UK so warm weather is not a regular issue. Thinking more if you in Australia or something.

How are you cooling those cards (assuming you have more than one since you are speaking of your bottom 1080)?

Reference / Blower style or open-air?

Reference MSI Armor.

Too the side panel off and now only getting 65c that is a drop of 10c.

Seems like bad airflow. Will get a couple more intake fans i think.

Complaining about temps and not telling room temp makes this thread pointless. My room temp is around 23C over the year, spiking to 35C at summer time. Last time. I've yet to overheat, since normal max load for GPU is 75C (10C raise in room temp would mean 83-85C max) and CPU is 67C.

I hate the cold so I just run my components balls to the wall all year round. Glorious heat fills my room at all times.

That being said, I'm curious to see how this Xeon 1650 holds up this summer as I just got it a month ago.
