Does octane render support amd gpus?

well it does state it right there in the picture that it "including support for Mac Plaftorms, and AMD GPU's.".. so I would say yes?

are you guys sure? because i have had people tell me that it still doesnt...

when you download the demo plugin and application it states that i would need a nvidia graphics card with cuda cores

i think im just going to call them and see for there if i can get a hold of them

 

theres also no benchmarks i could find on youtube with octane and a amd card

Earlier in the sentence. "...is expected to support all CPU and GPU devices and platforms, including support for Mac Plaftorms, and AMD GPU's."

This hints that they intend to support it at some time, but may not currently.
