H110M-DGS no post

Go to solution Solved by PenPoint,

The very first possible circumstance is BIOS of the mobo hasn't been upgraded to the Kaby-supported one. To check this out, you must get any kind of Skylake CPU from somewhere.

I set about to build a very simple PC, just a g4560, a relatively cheap h110, from asrock. It is not my first build by any means thus I thought it might go flawlessly, but here I am now. I don't get a post and there is no power on the USB ports, but the fans spin up. This is strange. Any ideas? I can't really wait for a replacement of every single part, so I can pretty much only try to swap one part. I do not own an accessible GPU or a Kabylake/Skylake chip however, since my main system is a custom loop.

Any ideas how to go about?
