It uses the same mounting hardware as you're CPU.  Use a small copper shim ($1.50 or so) and fasten it on

One of them seemed to be new in box, though the H60s should be fine.  Corsair has a 5 year full  warranty

It definitely would. You have insufficient airflow. When I was still using my define nano s, I got a 10c temp drop just by swapping out the stock exhaust fan. Airflow is your problem here.

they're quite good at low rpm, commonly used in dell and hp desktops so they're quite common
