Nvidia Driver 378.92 Problem

Hey everyone, I'm trying to update my Nvidia Drivers to version 378.92 and it keeps saying it is not compatible with Win10, anyone having this issue or know a way to fix it? Thank you for your answers.

1511 was the November update back in 2015. But I'm pretty sure you have at least that.

 

So it's likely the new versions are only good for build 1607, or the Anniversary Update.

Goddammit, I was having issue with the anniversary edition so I rolled back in Octobor....

I have the 1607 on it, although I haven't updated it in a while, let me see if that helps.
