Which gpu could run tomb raider or crisis 3 with ultra settings and all the filters like anti aliasing texture quality and all that stuff at 60fps ??

Could a 1080ti? Or just the titan

resolution? i mean an igpu could propably do it at 800x600

Considering that you've already mention the GTX 1080ti and GTX Titan.

Just get the GTX 1080ti and you'll be happy.

But feel free to chime in with additional details about what display and such you plan on using.

Not all filters are equal.

2xMSAA is way different to 2xSSAA

But likely just pick the best gpu.

If your too picky to use 2xSSAA over 4xSSAA and similar.. then just get the best you can for your budget.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

It won't, the 1080 is the minimum to someone who wants to max out every single thing on those games and keep a butter smooth 60+fps.

Although for 1080p I would more than happy get the 1070 and just ignore some pointless stuff like super high msaa, shadows on ultra and on games that support nvidia hair works.

well ye it averages over 60, ok minimums are lower, but that will be a FE edition as well. Theres no need to buy a 1080 for 1080P, a 1070 will run 1440P as reasonable rates, also DE:MD and WD2 are 2 of the most recent + poorly optimised titles

OP also stated Rise of the Tomb Raider and Crysis 3

I dont remember people suggesting 980ti's for 1080P and I have no idea why people are suggesting a 1070 wouldnt be able to max out games at 1080P - Yes there's a few terribly optimised games - we could throw Quantum Break into this equation, a Titan XP will prob struggle with it maxed
