Update Windows 10 V1607 Error 0x8024201c

well im running sfc /scannow atm but it takes some time, any other suggestions to what i can do? it failed about 20 times or so by automatically updating over night and now im at the point im actually going to try to fix it, i had an issue before with a failed update that eventually resolved itself so i just blamed windows 10 shitty updates on that one. google pretty much gave nothing except disabling anti malware and anti virus, im also going to try that although i doubt its that since i disable it when my system is airgapped.
