i5 3330 overclock settings, help please

Now obviously the i5 3330 isn't unlocked. So I can't do much.

 

What I can do though is change the voltages. I have an AsRock H77M motherboard, fully supports all voltages. What should I set the PLL, VID, etc. to for my i5? I don't know very much about this because any of the overclocking I have done has been on a GTX 460 with no voltage control or on an HTC phone with a custom bootloader, recovery, and ROM that was also rooted and everything was done at kernel level while the device was on.
