it's not bad, but do you really need an 850w psu and 32gb of ram? it's not like you can SLI with the mobo and case. and 16gb should be enough.

Seems pretty good to me.

I'd go for a slightly bigger radiator if i were you. the case supports up to a 140mm and you have a 120mm in your build.

other than that it's fine, although keep in mind you could get cheaper RAM and a cheaper motherboard with no performance hit.
