Overclocked i7 6700k

Hello everyone. I've recently overclocked my i7 6700k processor from it's default frequency to 4,5 GHz, using air cooling. The CPU cooling solution that i`m currently using is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. In task manager, under load, the speed that is displayed is only 4,44 GHz, but in HWMonitor, it says 4053Mhz, which, to my knowledge, translates to 4,5Ghz. What seems to be the problem? Is my CPU throttling? The idle temps are a bit "high" in my opinion, sitting at around 27-28 degrees Celsius (80-82 F). The voltage that i`ve used to overclock the CPU for this speed is 1.295v. Thank you in advance.

don't worry what task manager says, it will not be accurate. hwmonitor is more inline. there is no problem. no you are not throttling.

idle temp should be 5-8° above ambient (room temperature).

Do you mean 4503MHz? Because 4053MHz is 4.1GHz....

This is why I asked for clarification... You are fine, your CPU is not throttling, task manager is usually inaccurate.

This person overclocks = 27-28 C idle little bit to high for him.

When I overclock =  63C idle 93 High load.

Well, it depends on what processor you`re overclocking, and what cooling solution you are using. Even to my little OC and PC knowledge, those temps are... Not quite natural..
