Don't know if you consider it gaming but Logitech G710 (blue keys) is great and I will never trade mine for anything else... except maybe a USB typewriter like Linus did... I like typing.

Join the Appleitionist cause! See spoiler below for answers to common questions that shouldn't be common!

Spoiler

Q: Do I have a virus?!
A: If you didn't click a sketchy email, haven't left your computer physically open to attack, haven't downloaded anything sketchy/free, know that your software hasn't been exploited in a new hack, then the answer is: probably not.

Q: What email/VPN should I use?
A: Proton mail and VPN are the best for email and VPNs respectively. (They're free in a good way)

Q: How can I stay anonymous on the (deep/dark) webzz???....

A: By learning how to de-anonymize everyone else; if you can do that, then you know what to do for yourself.

Q: What Linux distro is best for x y z?

A: Lubuntu for things with little processing power, Ubuntu for normal PCs, and if you need to do anything else then it's best if you do the research yourself.

Q: Why is my Linux giving me x y z error?

A: Have you not googled it? Are you sure StackOverflow doesn't have an answer? Does the error tell you what's wrong? If the answer is no to all of those, message me.

For traveling i would 100% recommend the Razer Tournament Edition i move it around, travel with it all the time, it comes with a travel case , the build is ok too.

What is that in USD?  I know the K65 non RGB goes for 70 USD.  It's a ten keyless mechanical keyboard with a aluminum build.  The thing is a tank!

About usd 50

In that case, check this out.  The non backlit version of the keyboard has 500 reviews with 4 stars and the backlit version has similar ratings with less reviews (6). If you buy now it'll be 37 USD

And then turns out it's a membrane with mechanical feel painted in blue lol?

Look top left, 485 reviews.  Here's the one that sold me, it's for the no lights version.

"I'm giving it 5 stars based on the price. This is another step down from a Cooler Master keyboard the way a Cooler Master is a step-down from a Filco. For 30 bucks on sale, it's excellent.

The fake Cherry MX switches are mounted on a steel plate, and feel great. You can probably feel a little difference compared to real Cherry MX blues, but it would be minor. The keycaps on the other hand are pretty poor. You could spend around 20 and find some good quality double-shot ABS keys to replace these, or about twice as much for some PBT keys. It all comes down to personal preference. I've found I prefer Blues with PBT for programming and prose, reds with whatever for gaming.

The board doesn't have a top plate like most mechanical keyboards, the metal plate is directly visible. This has a cool look, but does take a little getting used to. The cable is permanently attached, but of decent quality. The board is fairly heavy, which helps it stay put on the desk and helps the feel.

The media key layout is sub-par, but it's a cheap keyboard. The useless home and email shortcuts that should have stayed in 1998 are on the F9-F12 keys, and volume is on F1-F4, requiring two hands for one of the most used shortcuts. I'm a big fan of designs like the my Code keyboard that put the media keys on the Insert-PgDn cluster. I also prefer the FN key to replace the menu key, keeping a Windows key on the right of the spacebar. These are personal preferences though.

Highly suggested as either your first mechanical keyboard, or for a secondary machine."

TLDR,

Pros

Dirt cheap for a while (54% off ATM)

MX blue clones

Ten keyless design

Limited multicolored backlighting

Decent cable

Long key lifespan

Apparently programmable

Cons

A bit heavier

Shoddy keycaps

Not a big brand, may not have good support
