Linus, Slick and I'm sure Noctua at some point have said it would destroy the balance and performance, otherwise people everywhere would be doing it. But they aren't. It is simple physics.

i really think that i WILL affect performance because paint will increase the weight of the blade

Swiftech Helix fans or get Scythe GTs and paint them white.

If the hub motor is strong enough, an appropriately applied layer of paint will not have that significant of an impact.

Are you replacing the stock fans? If not, you can buy the Feactal Design Silent Series R2. That's what came with your case and will match for sure.
