CPU temperature

My handbreak is currently encoding a file, I turned on a program where i can check temps, I know encoding puts 100% load on processor but I'm seeing ~100-104 °C -no below.
I'm using 3570K with stock cooler, I haven't cleaned dust in a while but I was wondering if it was even safe for me to run these temps and this type of load for half an hour on an old-ish processor

1) clean out dust

2) replace thermal paste with some MX-4, NT-H1, or other good paste

3) buy a new cooler, hyper 212 evo is good if you can't afford much

I know im responding like an hour later but yeah, I plan on getting Cryorig H7
