I'm going to lubricate my Enermax UC-8EB fans by putting oil on the shaft (i can just pop out the blades). Which oil is best for lubricating it? Many people say sewing machine oil is great, but does something like Liquid Wrench Super Lubricant work fine? Or should I use light machine oil?

Aside from the main question, should I try to remove the stickers on the back of the fan to lubricate the bearing (I'm not sure if theres even an opening back there)? If I should, how would I put the fan back in the case after I take it out (I used screws that dig into the plastic in the fan, if I take them out it might remove the plastics)?

You will want to use ideally a silicone lubricant like this or sewing machine oil which is usually more available.

If the fans use self tapping screws just follow back in the same threads cut previously.

I used generic machine lubricating oil and sewing oil just fine. Though my fans aren't as nice as yours so maybe it was just that I didn't care enough.

So if I put back the screws, the screws won't dig out more plastic I assume and will go back into the threads?

Yeah you just need to thread it back into the same spot but you won't have any issues really even threading new threads, you will be able to do that at least half a dozen times or so before you really strip out the plastic.
