Quiet 120mm fan?

Hi, I want to replace stock fans which are very loud( 45db on idle). I was considering noctua ULN fans but are there any cheaper alternatives?

Less than $20 per fan which is around 500 czech crowns.

Fractal Design Venturi's are a good option while not being too expensive.

Bequiet Pure Wings 2 are pretty quiet too and not really expensive, last time i have found them for around 8€

They're what I would call a little better than generic, nothing special about them.

I am referring to Zalman Z1 case stock fans and I am buying at www.alza.cz. Not very much to choose from compared to US shops but still good...

Ah, thanks very much, I didnt think you would bother to search something on that website . I will choose between those fans because they really seem like the best options

I've heard a lot of good stuff about scythe fans, so i would put a recommendation here.

 

The arctic fans are good for budgety but can get a little loud if you put them under some load.

 

Noctuas are gr8 but damn expensive, but if you can pick one up, i'd defo recommend them.
