I didn't really like it, I can't stand the environment being completely black, it throws me off.

I had loads of fun with it, it has some nice set pieces, lots of funny one liners and the lead is voiced by Michael (Aliens) Biehn.....what more do you want? ^_^

Turn up the brightness its not that bad.

It is indeed an amazing game, unlimitted insanely fast sprinting and no falling damage makes it so much fun, raining death from above with your cyberknife.
Loved the cutscenes and humour too.

Well I guess more of an absence of central light source making everything look like it was pitch black besides the light shows.
