Honestly before doing any of them you should check if your PSU has enough power to handle them. But as Abyss said above you should probably get a new CPU first. You will hit a CPU bottleneck in some cases, but that can be fixed later, since your GPU will still matter most for most games I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
