how is that a reason to not wait? is there a reason why you have to buy it tomorrow? also what type of cad software will you be using and what will you be using it for?

Well we're in a catch-22 here. Gobble up Ryzen now before the scalpers hoard them and try to turn them around for a stupidly high markup and risk any potential issues that may arise due to driver issues or hardware bugs... or wait until the dust settles only to find out you have better luck finding Bigfoot than finding Ryzen at MSRP.

 

That's my view on it anyway, considering the recent trend it seems for hot new hardware that may not have a good supply line.

 

Either way, if you need something now, I would get what you spec'd out. I doubt Ryzen is going to make a huge difference either to performance or price on Intel's part. Especially considering the type of work you plan on doing is more sensitive on your GPU power. Or at least two out of the three you mentioned.
