Used parts?

i am a vivid user of the used market and as long as you dont mess up end buy something from some shady person on Ebay you should be fine, the most iv gotten "scamed" was when i got an I3 530 instead of an I5 6xx but it didnt matter anyway because i got a shitload of harddrives and other shit for free and got an I5 680 for like $30 or something. or maybe the time i bought a defect R9 280x that had been tested as working and confirmed working bust sill sold as defect and it was dead as a brick when i got it. sent it of to a guy for reflow a while back and still havent got it back but he got my R9 270x to display shit over DP so im trusting him

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
