Monitor says "No Singal" but all fans spin up like normal?

Hey guys, The other day my PC crashed and booted up into the BIOS its 1st boot option for some reason set its self to my USB stick I had plugged in my machine. SO I changed it to my Hard Drvie and restarted then it said no signal on my monitor and a few seconds later the monitor went on standby but my PC fans were all spinning and lighting up as usual everything sounded and looked good. 30 seconds later my PC crashed and then came back on but this tie did the same thing but stayed on and did not crash.... Is this a RAM, HDD, CPU or MoBo issue. Also the USB ports were not powering my mouse and keyboard as they were not lighting up..

Unplug your graphic card and start the com? Then wait for awhile then power off. Plug it in back again and power up your monitor?

I know this problem too well.

What worked for me almost everytime is shutting down my pc by simply pressing down the power button until it turns off, switching the PSU off via the power button, then unplug all cables from your PC. Then wait 5 minutes, plug all cables back in, turn on your PSU and finally your PC as usual.

Just tried that, nothing. Thanks for the suggestion though.
